Amy started her career at the staff accountant level handling basics including bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, fixed asset tracking and reporting, and operational accounting.   

As she grew in her career, Amy held positions of increasing leadership and responsibility that have included:

• Development of accounting policies, procedures and system implementations for a start-up company
• Process improvements to reduce man-hours required for routine processes and improve accuracy of payments and expense coding
• Creation of Budgets and related variance reporting.
• Continuous forecasting reporting
• Development of systems, process, procedures and staff to move from private to public entity accounting
• Integration of operational accounting for acquisitions
• Development and execution of processes and reporting to complete transition of customers/contracts due to sale of assets
• Forecasting and Proforma reporting for business restructuring
